A separator is a machine that separates mixed substances into two or more different substances. Separators produced by the company include a centrifugal separator and an electrostatic separator.

The separator should be able to maintain good separation and control its liquid level and pressure. Conventional separator level and pressure control uses constant pressure control technology. In the variable pressure level control of the separator, the float liquid level controller is used to drive the oil and gas regulating valve to make a joint action, control the liquid volume of the crude oil and the natural gas, and complete the adjustment of the liquid level in the separator without the separator. The pressure is controlled. The variable pressure liquid level control method can minimize the throttling of the oil and gas outlet valve, reduce the pressure of the separator, and improve the separation effect.

Oil and gas separators and oil-gas-water three-phase separators are widely used in oil field transfer stations and joint stations. The separator must be able to maintain good separation and control its level and pressure.

Centrifugal separator

When the controller is powered on, the suction port creates a strong negative pressure that forces the oil mist to be directed into the mist eliminator. The oil mist particles collide under the action of the wind wheel in the mist eliminator. The tiny particles are gathered into larger particles that can be controlled, intercepted by the high-efficiency absorbing material, collected and recovered through the return port.

Electrostatic separator

According to the secondary principle of the electrostatic field, the fine oil mist particles enter the strong electric field with the gas flow, and are positively charged. When the dotted particles reach the electric field between the purifier collecting discs, the particles are attracted to the metal disc by the attraction of the metal washing disc, so that the oil mist is separated from the air to achieve a purifying effect.

Comparison of centrifugal and electrostatic oil mist separators:

Centrifugal oil mist separators are suitable for a wide range of applications, and the requirements of multi-station environment are not very high; electrostatic oil mist separators can only be used in relatively dry workshop environments, and the conductivity of water is easy for workshops with very large fog. Short circuit the oil mist separator electric field.

The separation effect of the centrifugal oil mist separator is not as fine as that of static electricity. The separable particles of the electrostatic oil mist separator can be as small as 0.01 microns in diameter.
