Operation of The Hydraulic Rock Splitter

Proper use and standard operation are guarantees to improve the efficiency and quality of the hydraulic splitter. The operator's hydraulic splitter must carefully read the machine's instruction manual to understand the function of each part of the machine in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

4.1 Operation method of secondary disintegration of large stone

When using a hydraulic splitter to perform secondary disintegration of a large block, first check whether the various parts of the equipment are installed, whether the joints are firm and reliable, and whether the components of the equipment are normal. Then follow these steps:

4.1.1 Drilling a rock on a rock with a rock drill. The diameter of the drill depends on the outer diameter of the working part of the wedge assembly of the hydraulic splitter. The size of the wedge assembly depends on the size of the rock at the site. The rock is large and the diameter is large. The wedge assembly is also small in diameter and has a small rock volume, and a small diameter wedge assembly is used. The drilling depth is generally 300-400mm. When drilling, note that the orientation of the ore hole should be perpendicular to the surface where the hole is located. The size of the hole should be compatible with the diameter of the splitter. The depth of the hole is 110-150 mm deeper than the length of the wedge assembly. It is strictly forbidden to punch inclined holes and shallow holes, and should not be punched in places where the force is not good.

4.1.2 Insert the splitter into the hole and adjust the split direction as needed.

4.1.3 Start the pump station.

4.1.4 Control the reversing valve so that the piston extends and splits. After the rock splits a small fine line, the reversing valve is reversing, the piston rod and the inner wedge are retracted, and the splitter is rotated to make it Rotate an angle with the starting crack direction and then split again so that a rock can be disintegrated into multiple pieces.

4.2 multiple splitting method

When the hydraulic splitter is used for large-scale splitting, it must be drilled with a rock drill to divide the aggregate. When the rock drill is punched, each splitter needs to be equipped with two sets to improve the production efficiency of the splitter. Put a single-head hydraulic splitter in the pre-drilled hole, start the motor, when the hydraulic cylinder piston rod pushes the wedge downward movement, pay attention to observe, when you see the crack along the hole in the stone (also from Observe on the pressure gauge, when the pressure rises to a certain value, suddenly slams down.) The reversing valve is reversed. At this time, the wedge moves in the opposite direction. When it is reset, the chopper is rotated by an angle, and the cleaving process is repeated.
